MIDN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIDN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 308 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIDN-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHVIII-22-2, LINC02759, and RN7SL745P. Each is linked with MIDN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIDN-to-partner and partner-to-MIDN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHVIII-22-2 grouped by MIDN-low versus MIDN-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIDN→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIDN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
