Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIDN mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIDN-associated genes across cancer lineages are Monocytes, CD8+ Tem, and NK cells. Each is linked with MIDN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIDN-to-partner and partner-to-MIDN results are reported.
