Across TCGA patient cohorts, MID2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,855 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MID2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NXNL1, CLU, and SSPN. Each is linked with MID2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MID2-to-partner and partner-to-MID2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MID2 versus NXNL1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.91.
