Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MID2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 114 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MID2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLHL40, GNGT1, and GPHA2. Each is linked with MID2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MID2-to-partner and partner-to-MID2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KLHL40 grouped by MID2-low versus MID2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MID2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MID2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
