Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MID1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MID1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EPPIN, ACTRT1, and TRIM42. Each is linked with MID1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MID1-to-partner and partner-to-MID1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EPPIN grouped by MID1-low versus MID1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MID1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MID1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
