Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MICU2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,506 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MICU2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCU, CHRM3-AS2, and GPRC5A. Each is linked with MICU2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MICU2-to-partner and partner-to-MICU2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MICU2 versus MCU in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MICU2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MICU2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
