MICU2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MICU2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,206 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MICU2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATF4P2, RPS7P13, and UBE2V1P6. Each is linked with MICU2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MICU2-to-partner and partner-to-MICU2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATF4P2 grouped by MICU2-low versus MICU2-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MICU2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MICU2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
