Q-omics provides the consensus-scored OR11Q1P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. OR11Q1P expression is associated with patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, OR11Q1P is differentially expressed in 5, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, OR11Q1P RNA expression shows 6,135 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight KIRC, BRCA, and STAD as cancer lineages where OR11Q1P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
