MICOS10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MICOS10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 76 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MICOS10-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP414, OR10AA1P, and NDUFA5P9. Each is linked with MICOS10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MICOS10-to-partner and partner-to-MICOS10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP414 grouped by MICOS10-low versus MICOS10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MICOS10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MICOS10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
