MICALL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MICALL2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,215 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MICALL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNQ5, CHD8, and NCKAP5L. Each is linked with MICALL2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MICALL2-to-partner and partner-to-MICALL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KCNQ5 grouped by MICALL2-low versus MICALL2-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MICALL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MICALL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
