MICALCL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MICALCL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MICALCL-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPFFR1, GPR101, and PRND. Each is linked with MICALCL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MICALCL-to-partner and partner-to-MICALCL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPFFR1 grouped by MICALCL-low versus MICALCL-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MICALCL→partner) and Y-score (partner→MICALCL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
