MICAL3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MICAL3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,097 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MICAL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAPK1, HIRA, and HPS4. Each is linked with MICAL3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MICAL3-to-partner and partner-to-MICAL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MICAL3 versus MAPK1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MICAL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MICAL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
