MIA3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,743 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIA3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BROX, C1orf35, and BPNT1. Each is linked with MIA3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIA3-to-partner and partner-to-MIA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIA3 versus BROX in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
