MIA3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIA3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,567 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NES, ARHGAP10, and XBP1. Each is linked with MIA3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIA3-to-partner and partner-to-MIA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIA3 versus NES in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
