MIA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MIA3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 6,048 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAP1B, FAT4, and DYNC1H1. Each is linked with MIA3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIA3-to-partner and partner-to-MIA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAP1B grouped by MIA3-low versus MIA3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
