Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGST2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGST2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL495P, MIR8059, and RNU6-238P. Each is linked with MGST2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGST2-to-partner and partner-to-MGST2 results are reported.
