MGAT5B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGAT5B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,370 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGAT5B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLASP1, CLASP1_S1091, and TRIO. Each is linked with MGAT5B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGAT5B-to-partner and partner-to-MGAT5B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MGAT5B versus CLASP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGAT5B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGAT5B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
