Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGAT5B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,480 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MGAT5B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS12, YIPF2, and RNF38. Each is linked with MGAT5B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGAT5B-to-partner and partner-to-MGAT5B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MGAT5B versus MRPS12 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGAT5B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGAT5B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
