Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGAT5B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MGAT5B-associated genes across cancer lineages are E-Cadherin, ASNS, and Ku80. Each is linked with MGAT5B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGAT5B-to-partner and partner-to-MGAT5B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, E-Cadherin grouped by MGAT5B-low versus MGAT5B-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGAT5B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGAT5B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
