MGAT4C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MGAT4C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 167 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGAT4C-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPACA1, ACSM2A, and SLC36A3. Each is linked with MGAT4C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGAT4C-to-partner and partner-to-MGAT4C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPACA1 grouped by MGAT4C-low versus MGAT4C-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGAT4C→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGAT4C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
