MGAT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGAT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,787 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGAT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are METAP2P1, RNU6-264P, and RNU6-458P. Each is linked with MGAT2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGAT2-to-partner and partner-to-MGAT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, METAP2P1 grouped by MGAT2-low versus MGAT2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
