Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGAM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,061 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGAM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL21P66, RN7SL822P, and OR5AC2. Each is linked with MGAM2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGAM2-to-partner and partner-to-MGAM2 results are reported.
