MGAM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGAM2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGAM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Beclin, 14-3-3_beta, and eEF2. Each is linked with MGAM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGAM2-to-partner and partner-to-MGAM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Beclin grouped by MGAM2-low versus MGAM2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGAM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGAM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
