Across TCGA cell cohorts, MGAM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,532 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGAM2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Disaccharide catabolic process, Retrograde transport, endosome to Golgi, and Glycerophospholipid metabolic process. Each is linked with MGAM2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGAM2-to-partner and partner-to-MGAM2 results are reported.
