MGAM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGAM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,899 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are BUB1B, SGO2, and CD207. Each is linked with MGAM in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGAM-to-partner and partner-to-MGAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BUB1B grouped by MGAM-low versus MGAM-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
