MGAM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MGAM RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,797 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAPT1, CLEC5A, and TMEM45A. Each is linked with MGAM in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGAM-to-partner and partner-to-MGAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MGAM versus TAPT1 in KIDNEY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
