MGAM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MGAM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,391 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEMP2, OR4X2, and MRPL48. Each is linked with MGAM in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGAM-to-partner and partner-to-MGAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NEMP2 grouped by MGAM-low versus MGAM-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
