Across TCGA patient cohorts, MGA mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 82 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGA-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, ASNS, and C-Raf. Each is linked with MGA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGA-to-partner and partner-to-MGA results are reported.
