MGA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MGA RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,439 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MGA-associated genes across cancer lineages are SOS1, CELF1, and SRCAP. Each is linked with MGA in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGA-to-partner and partner-to-MGA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MGA versus SOS1 in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGA→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
