Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MGA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 638 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MGA-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAD2, GYS2, and OR10Q1. Each is linked with MGA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MGA-to-partner and partner-to-MGA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAD2 grouped by MGA-low versus MGA-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MGA→partner) and Y-score (partner→MGA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
