MFSD5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFSD5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,911 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFSD5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PIP4K2C, TMBIM6, and MYG1. Each is linked with MFSD5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD5-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MFSD5 versus PIP4K2C in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFSD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFSD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
