Across TCGA cell cohorts, MFSD5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,904 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFSD5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Lysosome organization, Lytic vacuole organization, and Vacuole organization. Each is linked with MFSD5 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD5-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD5 results are reported.
