Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MFSD5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MFSD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMCO5A, FOXF2, and HUNK. Each is linked with MFSD5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD5-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMCO5A grouped by MFSD5-low versus MFSD5-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFSD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFSD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
