MFSD4A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFSD4A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,796 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFSD4A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLAU, BCAS1, and C1orf226_S198. Each is linked with MFSD4A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD4A-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MFSD4A versus PLAU in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFSD4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFSD4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
