Across TCGA cell cohorts, MFSD4A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,080 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFSD4A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Keratinocyte development, Regulation of collagen metabolic process, and Copper ion export. Each is linked with MFSD4A in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD4A-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD4A results are reported.
