MFSD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFSD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFSD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNF19BPY, RN7SKP204, and MIR455. Each is linked with MFSD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD3-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNF19BPY grouped by MFSD3-low versus MFSD3-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFSD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFSD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
