Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFSD14C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,830 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MFSD14C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BRD3, SPIN1_S199, and PHF2. Each is linked with MFSD14C in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD14C-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD14C results are reported.
