Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFSD14A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,167 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFSD14A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein sumoylation, 5S class rRNA transcription by RNA polymerase III, and RNA 3' uridylation. Each is linked with MFSD14A in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD14A-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD14A results are reported.
