Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFSD14A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFSD14A-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, ER-alpha_pS118, and ERK2. Each is linked with MFSD14A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD14A-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD14A results are reported.
