The most reproducible MFSD14A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Zinc ion import into Golgi lumen, Positive regulation of cell cycle process, and Positive regulation of centriole replication. Each is linked with MFSD14A in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD14A-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD14A results are reported.
