Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MFSD14A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 100 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MFSD14A-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL31, OR4C12, and ACR. Each is linked with MFSD14A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD14A-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD14A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL31 grouped by MFSD14A-low versus MFSD14A-high in SKIN.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFSD14A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFSD14A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
