Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFSD13A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,448 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFSD13A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMM22, RDM1P2, and MRPL22P1. Each is linked with MFSD13A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD13A-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD13A results are reported.
