MFSD11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFSD11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,671 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFSD11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ASPSCR1, NPLOC4, and DDX42. Each is linked with MFSD11 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD11-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MFSD11 versus ASPSCR1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFSD11→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFSD11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
