Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MFSD11 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MFSD11 data layer compared with 3 for mutation status and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher MFSD11 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MFSD11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and BRCA show a favorable association.

BLCA, LIHC, and KIRP are the cancer types where MFSD11 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
