MFSD11

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFSD11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,204 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFSD11-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSPG2, HLA-DQB1, and SERP2. Each is linked with MFSD11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD11-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MFSD11 versus HSPG2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFSD11→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFSD11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
