MFSD11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFSD11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 428 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFSD11-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6737, NF1P10, and MIR425. Each is linked with MFSD11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD11-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6737 grouped by MFSD11-low versus MFSD11-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFSD11→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFSD11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
