MFSD11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFSD11 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFSD11-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDK1, JNK2, and Notch1. Each is linked with MFSD11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD11-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDK1 grouped by MFSD11-low versus MFSD11-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFSD11→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFSD11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
