MFSD10

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFSD10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,769 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFSD10-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRPAP1, FBL, and AKAP1. Each is linked with MFSD10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD10-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MFSD10 versus LRPAP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFSD10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFSD10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
