MFSD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFSD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,316 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFSD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RENBP, GBP2, and GPSM3. Each is linked with MFSD1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFSD1-to-partner and partner-to-MFSD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MFSD1 versus RENBP in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFSD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFSD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
