MFN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MFN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 93 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNTG2, NKX2-6, and FAM236A. Each is linked with MFN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFN2-to-partner and partner-to-MFN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNTG2 grouped by MFN2-low versus MFN2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
